Perfectly located! Just a 2-minute walk from the train station and a pleasant 10-minute stroll to the Christmas Markets. Our room was very clean, and the breakfast was a delightful surprise at a reasonable price.

The amenities lack modern touches, like mini-fridges or kettles, making the overall comfort feel a bit dated. Also, the slow responses to maintenance requests did not bode well during our stay.

The hotel is super close to everything! We walked just 5 minutes to the train station and saw the Cathedral in about 10 minutes. The kids loved the spacious room and treats that were left for us as a nice surprise.

My wife says that the bathroom could use more privacy.

The shower needs improvement due to poor drainage!!! Narrow elevators and stairs add hassle, especially with luggage!!! Wi-Fi can be inconsistent at times, which is frustrating for those who need reliable connectivity!!!

The bed was super comfy , felt like sleeping on clouds , and the WiFi was strong enough for streaming. I enjoyed being on the 5th floor, away from the noise , but still close to everything.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but the value was reasonable.

I was almost ready to write a glowing review until i noticed the weird smell in my room. air it out, please! the keys must be turned in every time we leave, which means waiting while the receptionist finishes their phone call. and truly, how hard would it have been to upgrade my room?
